Terms of use

These terms and the privacy policy have changed since you last agreed to them. Read them, then agree to go on.
suchnesss.com ("suchnesss", "the site") teaches people to read a garment by its material, construction, craft, colour and ageing, and gives them a Studio to design cloth and garments in. It is run from India. These terms are the agreement between you and suchnesss. By making an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Who may use it
Anyone may use the site. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian is agreeing for you. One account is for one person. Give a real email address you control: it is how you sign in, and the only way to prove the account is yours.
2. Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done while signed in to your account is treated as done by you.
- If you think someone else has your password, change it on the account page, which signs out every other device, and write to [email protected].
- You can delete the account, and everything made in it, at any time from the account page.
3. What you make is yours
The designs, names and stories you make in the Studio belong to you. You give suchnesss only the permission it needs to run the site for you: to store your work, to send it to the AI models when you ask the Studio for something, and to show it back to you. Your collection is private. Nothing you make is shown to anyone else, sold, or used to train any model.
Do not put anything in a design's name or story, or in a question, that you have no right to use, that breaks the law, or that harms someone else.
4. Photographs you send to Look
Send only photographs you took or have the right to use. Do not send photographs of other people without their agreement, or anything private, sexual or unlawful. A photograph is made smaller on your own device, judged, and not stored (see the privacy policy).
5. Using the site fairly
Do not:
- break the law, or use the site to harass, deceive or harm anyone;
- try to reach another person's account or work, or any part of the site you were not given;
- attack, overload or probe the site, its database or its models, except as section 11 allows;
- get round the limits on how often things can be done, make accounts in bulk, or run the site by automated means;
- copy the site's text, catalogue or code in bulk, or use the site's answers to build a competing service;
- try to make the AI models produce harmful, unlawful or deceptive material.
An account that breaks these rules may be suspended or deleted, and anything unlawful may be reported to the authorities where the law requires it.
6. The AI models, and what they say
The chat, the Studio agent and Look use AI models (see the privacy policy for which). Their answers are generated, not checked by a person, and can be wrong. The site is for learning. Nothing on it is professional, legal, medical or safety advice. Before you rely on a fact, check it; before you cut cloth from a pattern, check its measurements against yourself. A pattern from the Studio is a starting point and carries no promise that it will fit.
7. Names of garments and cloths
Garments and cloths are named by their trade names in common use (Chesterfield, barathea, glen check). suchnesss is not connected with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand or maker. Trade marks belong to their owners.
8. The site's own work
The site's text, catalogue, pictures, the suchnesss mark and its code are suchnesss's own, or used under licence (the 3D rooms are from Poly Haven, CC0; Three.js is MIT licensed). You may read, print and share pages for your own learning. Do not copy them for anything else without written permission.
9. Free, and as it is
The site is free. It is offered as it is and as available: it may change, pause, run out of its daily AI allowance, or close. suchnesss does not promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or keep your work forever, so keep copies of anything that matters to you (the account page can download all of it).
10. Responsibility
As far as the law allows, suchnesss is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from the site. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
11. Reporting a security problem
If you find a weakness in the site, write to [email protected] with what you found and how to see it again. Give a reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Test only against your own account; do not read, change or delete anyone else's data, do not slow the site for others, and stop and report as soon as you reach anything that is not yours. Research done in good faith within these limits will not be pursued as a breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
When these terms or the privacy policy change in substance, the date above changes and you are asked to read and agree to them again before you go on using the site. If you do not agree, you can download your data and delete the account.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without taking away any right the law where you live gives you. Before going to court, write to the address below: most things can be put right by a message.
